North Dakota State Hospital - Jamestown, ND - DCA/ CNA Temp
This is an ongoing temporary position.
No experience required; on-site training provided.
As a Direct Care Associate/ CNA you will be under the direction of the nurse, the individual will provide and ensure quality nursing care is delivered to adult psychiatric, geriatric, and chemical dependent clients. Individual will deliver care to clients within their treatment program; observe and monitor their condition, relate to clients in a therapeutic manner, communicate pertinent information to staff; complete thorough and timely documentation; create a safe and therapeutic environment for clients.
To be considered for this position, you are required to have a High School Diploma or GED AND Candidate must have CNA Certificate.
This position is temporary anticipated to be ongoing and long-term. Temporary employees are fully integrated members of their team. Temporary employees participate in development, performance and coaching conversations like any other team member. The compensation and Total Rewards package is different for temporary employees.
