We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients.
```Duties:```
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
- Provide wound care and dressings
- Collect and document patient information, including medical history and current symptoms
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
```Experience:```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in [state/region]
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as an LPN
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
