### Duties:
- Assist nurses and medical staff with various tasks, such as taking vital signs, recording patient information, and assisting with medical procedures
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and medical records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain sterile processing techniques
- Assist with catheterization procedures as directed by the nursing staff
- Utilize Cerner or other electronic medical record systems to input and retrieve patient information
### Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable
- Proficient in venipuncture techniques for blood draws
- Familiarity with administering injections under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
