DESCRIPTION
CNA Certified Nursing Assistant - Per Diem
New Per Diem Rates:
Per Diem 1: $25.00/hour
Commitment includes 24 hours per week, weekend, 1 summer holiday and 1 winter holiday
Per Diem 2: $22.00/hour
Commitment includes 1 weekend a month, 1 summer holiday and 1 winter holiday

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living.
- Reporting any concerns or change in patient status to nurse.
- Conducting transfers of patients as outlined in their care plan.
- Some documentation.
Prerequisites:
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Massachusetts.
- LTC experience preferred.
