12 hour shifts, 0600 to 1830, every third weekend/holiday rotation

Critical thinking skills and the ability to assist the nurse in caring for patients primarily in Med/Surg; floats to Emergency Department as ED Tech; assist in OB as needed. Also Provides some direct patient care as directed by the Shift Supervisor and/or Staff Nurse
CNA: Assists the nurse to carry out the nursing process to deliver the highest quality nursing care. As a patient advocate, he/she coordinates the care of the patient through collaboration with the nursing team. The CNA provides daily patient cares, activities, and other tasks as delegated by the nursing staff. He/she monitors and Interacts frequently with all patient service departments; utilizes interdisciplinary input to plan, implement and evaluate care. All other duties as assigned within the scope of CNA practice.
CNA with current Wisconsin Certification or the ability to obtain.
BLS certified.
Prefer 1 year Med/Surg or hospital experience.
