Position Role Type:

Compensation: 

• $1,500 Sign on Bonus

• Eligible for Annual Increases

 1st Shift Schedule: 

• This position is for 1st shift. 

• Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM  

• Overtime available on a business need basis. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ability to create CMM programs using Calypso software

• Ability to validate CMM programs

• Knowledge of setting up and running product on Zeiss CMM equipment

• Knowledge of AS-9102 1st article inspections

• Able to read and understand drawings/blueprints

• Familiar with measuring equipment other than CMM

• Familiarity and knowledge with GD&T

• Additional duties as assigned by the manager

• Develop CMM programs for Zeiss CMM (Calypso software).

• Prove out programs running parts on CMM machine.

• Use PiWeb to produce reports.

• Familiar with Discus and NetInspect used to create FAIs IAW AS9102.

Basic Qualifications:

• Typically requires a HS diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is typically required.

• Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder.
