Cmm Operator

We are a third-party inspection laboratory, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, and located near Mansfield, Ohio. We are currently seeking a CMM Programmer fluent in the PC-Dmis Software. This is a first-shift position, with the possibility of (optional) overtime—as needed accommodate work load requirements.
Job Purpose:
Inspect gages, parts, or fixtures, utilizing all available methods of measurement acquisition, which include but are not limited to Coordinate Measuring Machine, Height Gages, Calipers, Micrometers, Gage Blocks, and more.
Duties:
Run pre-written CMM Programs while making as-needed adjustments
Write CMM Programs for new parts, fixtures, and gages
Complete paperwork for each project
Handle Client Complaints
Complete measurement reports using in-house spreadsheet
Perform hand-tool measurements, where necessary, to verify CMM results
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
High level of professionalism and relational skills
Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to think analytically; problem solve
Ability to read hand tools (Micrometers, Calipers, etc.)
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
3 Years of experience in PC-Dmis programming Software
Helpful Skills (not required):
Forklift Operation
Understanding of ISO 17025, or equivalent
Understanding of Computers and Technology
