Full-time Benefit Package

Shift:  Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

**$5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus

Under the direct supervision of the clinic administrator, this role will perform the following:

  • Telephonic support for on-line authorization of routine services.
  • Contact specialty care providers for authorization needs.
  • Monitoring patient eligibility.
  • Perform on-line data entry of routine authorizations / denials.

Aside from building relationships, exceeding patient expectations and having fun while you work, the following apply:

  • Current Certification as a Medical Assistant.
  • Current License to Practice, RN/LPN (State of Iowa).
  • High school diploma.
  • BLS and Mandatory Reporter certification.
  • Knowledge of clinical skill techniques, procedures, medical diagnoses, and treatments.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A positive and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to assist providers in professional manner
