A Day in the Life of a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), with Brio:
- You will have the opportunity to directly and positively impact the health and wellbeing of the people you serve through the provision of professional nursing services.
- Assess and deliver effective and appropriate nursing services, ensure physician instructions are accurately followed, and effectively respond to changes in a person's health condition
- Complete accurate documentation and follow each person's plan of care with high levels of clinical quality and customer service.
- Ensure systems and processes are being followed and assure the clinical quality of the services performed. Likewise, you will ensure medications, treatments and related processes meet the highest levels of accuracy, timeliness and quality.
The pay range for this position is $16.80 - $24.00 / hour. Starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
