Springs Clubhouse Bar/Restaurant Manager
The Springs is looking for a qualified individual to manage the Clubhouse Bar/Restaurant operations. This is a full time, year round position.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Oversee and manage all areas of Bar/Restaurant
• Promote incoming revenue related to Bar/Restaurant/golf course
• Hire/recruit adequate, qualified staffing for the clubhouse
• Adhere to set standards and levels to increase sales and manage costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor
Qualifications:
• Bar/Restaurant knowledge and experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge of computers(Word, Excel, POS)
• Excellent time management and leadership skills
• Pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks such as food, beverage, and labor costs while maintaining required standards of operation in daily restaurant activities
• Hours may vary depending in customer needs, seasonal business adjustments, staffing levels
• Ability to handle prolonged standing, lifting products up to 50lbs
Salary/Compensation:
• $40,000/year plus tips
• 75% of single healthcare plan
• 5% match on simple IRA
