Bilingual, Supervision of Housekeeping Staff
Daily care and upkeep of Clubhouse, wood floor, tile and carpet maintenance, furniture care and repair, minor painting, general minor repair, key and lock maintenance.
Set up and breakdown special events, steward Club equipment.
Inspections, HVAC, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler Alarm, Motion Alarm, Fire Suppression and Drill.
Reports directly to the Club Steward. Works closely with the Club Architect and House Chair.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
