Club Manager

Duties:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support

- Develop and implement strategies to increase club membership and revenue

- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for club members

- Occasional front desk help

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

- Coordinate and schedule club activities, events, and promotions

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Manage payroll and budgeting for the club

- Conduct employee orientation and training programs

- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers

Experience:

- Previous experience in leadership or management roles, preferably in a retail or shift management setting

- Strong knowledge of payroll, inventory control, budgeting, and employee orientation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
