Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly-skilled candidate must have RPA Administration experience in an enterprise environment. Must have experience with one of the RPA platforms (WorkFusion, Automation Anywhere etc.) and working with application development teams. The candidate must have experience with general AWS services along with a good understanding of public and private cloud.
Responsibilities:

  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) infrastructure experience, preferably with WorkFusion product experience.
  • Installation and Configuration of any RPA product and manage Infrastructure support.
  • Knowledge on Zookeeper, Marathon, Nginix and Minio.
  • Need basic knowledge on Mongo DB, MYSQL, Postgres SQL, Oracle, along with hands on experience running query if required during Trouble shooting sessions.
  • SSL Cert knowledge and Installation on various Middleware Products is required.
  • Troubleshoot EC2 related issues using various tools such as Cloudwatch, Dynatrace, etc.
  • Enable Rules on Event Bridge. Execution of the Step Function. Disable rules on the Event Bridge.
  • Monitor Resource Utilization to perform cost analysis
  • Perform Resource Optimization to reduce cost
  • Provide support for RDS performance tuning.
  • Provide support maintenance and database backup.
  • Installation, Configuration, Administration and Performance tuning of Websphere/WebLogic/JBoss/Tomcat/Apache Servers and clusters.
  • Experience in deploying applications in Domain and clustered environments.
  • Apply patches and maintain the WorkFusion/WebLogic/JBoss/Tomcat servers.
  • Experience in performance tuning of JVM heap size, garbage collections, Java stack and Native thread and production performance.
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues like server hang, application deadlock, out of memory and high CPU.
  • Installation/Configuration/Administration of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition.
  • Hands on admin experience and DAC and Informatica tools.
  • Support of Application Deployments and patch bug fix (OBIEE and ODI).
  • Installation and configuration of Oracle OFSAA application to support and maintain.
  • Troubleshooting routine product issues independently (Incident Tracking and Resolution).
  • Knowledge of UNIX and LINUX operating systems, storage environments, file systems, and network protocols.
  • Detailed knowledge of UNIX principles, file editing, UNIX commands.
  • Familiarity with Windows, UNIX/LINUX shell scripting.
  • Windows Administration skills required to maintain RPA remote desktop nodes, License update.
  • Knowledge of networking principles including routing, subnets, TCP, IP, VLANs, and UDP.
  • Understanding of backup procedures and storage management.
  • Scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and Powershell.
  • Containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon ECS.
  • Git, GitHub, and related tools.
  • Application build pipeline tools such as Concourse CI, TeamCity, Jenkins, Code Build.
  • Experience in migration of hosted applications to a cloud environment.
  • Hands-on operational, development, and management experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Cloud Technology: ECS, Lambda, and ECR Services.
  • Develop, facilitate and maintain best of breed product support tools including run books, monitoring, and knowledge bases to aid in the product support process.
  • Familiarity with Messaging, Load balancer, BIG-IP.
  • Experience in instrumentation of Monitoring tools and familiar with Dynatrace/Wily/SolarWinds.
  • Live by Agile (particularly Scrum) principles and collaborate with team members using Agile techniques.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree
  • 5+ years of experience with core AWS platform architecture, including areas such as: organizations, Account Design, VPC, Subnet, segmentation strategies, Backup and Disaster Recovery approach and design. Environment and application automation Cloud Formation and third party automation approach/strategy. Network connectivity, Direct Connect and VPN. AWS Cost Management and Optimization.
  • 5+ years hands-on operational, development, and management experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Technologies: ECS, Lambda, and ECR Services Able to interact professionally with customers and colleagues

Core Competencies:
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferences:
  • AWS Associate or Professional Certification
  • Nice to have cloud certifications
  • Nice to have experience with Financial suite of products

Pay Range:
$108,200-$162,300/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
