About the role:
DuploCloud is looking for its first Cloud Alliances Operations Associate and second person on our alliances team. This role is to operationalize the programs related to how we work with AWS. This includes:
- Partner Deal Registration and Operations Management (AWS ACE portal, Workspan, SFDC, etc.)
- Cloud Funding Programs (AWS, Azure, GCP Infrastructure Cash & Credits)
- Cloud Marketplace Transactions and Renewals
- Competencies, programs, and partner tiers

- Learning and developing partner go to market operations at a scaling company
- Comfortably working cross functionally with sales, customer success, and engineering
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
- Capable of working well under strict deadlines
- Proactively identify and address issues that may impact partner relationships or operational efficiency
- Streamline partner operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- >3 years of partner operations experience
- >1 year of working in Cloud Alliances (AWS, Azure, GCP as an ISV or Consulting Partner)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working at a VC backed startup

The pay listed above is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington. The standard base pay range listed for this role may not be applicable to other locations.
