William Ryan Homes is seeking a highly self-motivated Closing Coordinator to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. We are an award-winning residential builder in Chicago, Tampa, Ft. Myers, Phoenix, Dallas, and Madison and have established our prominent reputation by building high-quality, New Homes.
Working directly with Division Office Manager, this integral Coordinator is central to our busy organization as the position is involved in every aspect of our business. The role is responsible for working carefully throughout the home closing phase, acting as a company liaison, and executing work on behalf of a variety of departments. The right candidate has a minimum of 2 years professional office environment experience, is technologically savvy, and has a meticulous attention to detail. This position is geared for those that thrive in an ever changing, high task priority environment.
Experience in the real estate industry and home closings is required. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, precisely organized, and possesses sophisticated communication skills. Oversee and execute administrative tasks including
- Coordinate Homeowner Closings
- Maintain and manage complex paperwork
- Interact with Sellers, Title Company and Corporate to assure timely lot purchases
- Complete month end reporting
- Review all invoices and utility bills for accuracy and payment
- Consistent interaction with customers and outside vendors
- Other duties as needed for success
Other Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years professional office experience
- Excellent technology skills including Excel and Outlook
- Real estate closing experience
- Associate degree or Advanced education a plus
- Can work independently and with a team
