Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Clinician in the Massachusetts Impaired Driving (MID) program at Behavioral Health Network!
***The work performed in this position can be done remotely. However, the ability to travel to the Springfield, MA area is required for this position in order to attend occasional mandatory in-person trainings.***
Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Massachusetts Impaired Driving (MID) program with the following:
- Completing comprehensive intake assessments on phone or Zoom calls to enroll individuals served into the MID Program using the electronic medical record system.
- Facilitating 2-hour telehealth psychoeducation classes spanning day, afternoon, and night classes, completing about 7 classes/week.
- Completing individual & group progress notes for classes in the electronic medical record.
- Facilitating individual sessions with individuals served remotely.
- Performing 30-minute individual exit interviews and completing discharge summaries.
- Attending team meetings, DPH-BSAS monthly trainings and others, as needed.
- Performing additional tasks as needed to ensure quality services, compliance with DPH-BSAS licensure requirements, and daily functions of the MID Program.

The Massachusetts Impaired Driving (MID) Program is a DPH-BSAS licensed 38-hour psychoeducation program for 1st offenders of OUI (operating under the influence).

What are we looking for in a Clinician?
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (required).
- At least 2 years of experience in supervised substance use counseling (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills (required).
- Ability to work independently remotely (required).
