ClearChoiceMD is seeking a full-time Clinical Trainer to support the onboarding and continued education of clinical employees.

Job Summary: The Clinical Trainer is responsible for the designing and delivering training programs and assessing effectiveness, and collaborating with varies stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuous improvement in clinical training.
Duties and Responsibilities: Clinical Trainer - tasks include but are not limited to:
  • Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods, including classroom, instructions, virtual training, and mentorship
  • Deliver clinical new hire training weekly or as needed
  • Oversee clinical on-boarding compliance and company standards on an as needed basis
  • Be available for clinical questions and calls to support the centers and clinical staff
  • Evaluate and develop effective clinical processes and training materials
  • Ensure the training meets state, federal and company standards and legal compliancy.
  • Work in partnership with training and operations teams to ensure alignment on effective course content
  • Work with Human Resources, Practice Managers, Registration Trainer, and Regional Managers to coordinate schedules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in working with an LMS and Microsoft office specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, One Drive and Forms
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Model a positive, professional attitude and work ethic based on the culture of the organization

Key Competencies:
  • Continuous learner; Actively open to expanding and sharing skills and learnings
  • Ability to adapt training content to ensure delivery of curriculum and materials is received and understood.
  • Analytical Skills; Demonstrated experience in evaluating training methods, materials and outcomes

Education & Experience:
  • Minimum experience (2-4 years) preference experience in training & development, preferred medical / clinical training
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Management, Business or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience working in a healthcare organization in training
  • Current clinical license such medical assistant, EMT, AEMT, or paramedic, required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required
  • Proficient in the following skills required: IM Injections, Phlebotomy and IV Insertions.

Work Environment: This job operates in a medical office or clinical center setting and includes possible exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, medical preparations, and other conditions common to a clinic environment.
Physical Demands: This position entails a high level of work performed at a computer terminal throughout the day as well as the regular use of a telephone or headset equipment, as well as working directly one on one with clinical staff in a center. As this position involves contact with the public in a medical environment, incumbent may periodically experience moderate levels of stress.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:This position is exempt status and is expected to work 40 hours per week.
Travel: Hybrid position, with travel and on-site work required;with at least two in person training days per week at the Concord, NH office, Cambridge, MA or another EHH location based on training needs.
