NAFI Connecticut is looking for dynamic therapists to provide community-based treatment for young adults between the ages of 17 to 26 years old, with a recent history of criminal involvement and/or DCF involvement, mental health, and substance use challenges. The therapist's focus is on supporting young adult's transition into adulthood, through meeting clients in the community and/or places that meet their schedules. Therapists can work from home and in the community, with all sessions provided in-person. Therapists with LMSW, LPC, LMFT-A will carry a maximum caseload of four. Positions available across the entire state of Connecticut.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related behavioral science
- Receipt of provisional license or temporary permit (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A)
- Skilled in therapeutic interventions, advocacy, and crisis intervention
- Ability to function independently and as a team
- Communication Proficiency
- Collaboration and networking with local leaders
- Travel and transport clients
- Participate in rotating on-call
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
