Responsibilities:
- Assisting Patients: Guide seniors in setting up, using, and troubleshooting their health devices at home.
- Remote Collaboration: Work with our remote team to address patient inquiries and resolve technical issues, no matter where you are.
- Education & Troubleshooting: Provide one-on-one teaching sessions and resolve technical issues over the phone or in person.
- Record-Keeping: Keep detailed records of patient interactions for continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- Empathetic Communication: Excellent communication skills to connect with and support older individuals.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adjust schedules and travel around Ashland, Kentucky, and the Tri-State area.
- Previous Patient Care Experience: Preferred, along with basic tech troubleshooting skills.
- Work Environment & Schedule: Adaptability to various environments and part-time hours with flexibility.
Location:
Remote work with in-person visits to seniors in Ashland, Kentucky, and the Tri-State area, plus phone support.
