Requirements of the position: 

  • High school Diploma or GED 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Excellent verbal, reading and writting skills required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with data entry and general familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems
  • Previous experience with multiple phone lines preferred
  • Time management skills, excellent customer service skills

The Clinical Support Team Representative (CST) is serves in a supportive role to providers and medical staff to assure patient clinical needs are addressed in a timely manner. The position is responsible for supporting patients with referrals, provider communication, prior authorization, and medication refill requests. Also assists with appointment scheduling. The position works in a support services environment and communicates with patients over the phone.
