Description
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a clinical services housing team comprised of a licensed social worker and two case managers. This position has significant decision making, supervisory, administrative, program management and service delivery responsibilities including but not limited to site management, program development, inter-team coordination and contract/policy compliance. This person will be expected to participate in and contribute to a program culture that is client-centered, outcome-oriented and dedicated to continuous quality improvement. The position requires a thorough understanding of relevant service delivery concepts and structures, including strong knowledge and experience working with the street homeless population, individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, individuals with diagnoses of mental health and substance use challenges. The Clinical Supervisor is also expected to take a leadership role in facilitating conversations and positive change in regards to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Responsibilities:
- Clinical and administrative supervision of day to day operations of the building and clinical services team
- Oversight of the program's contractual obligations
- Maintenance of appropriate staff levels to ensure consistent service delivery to clients
- Review of referrals from outreach teams and coordination of intake
- Collaboration with building management and security staff around maintenance and other site-related matters
- On-call support to the program during evening and weekend hours
Requirements
- Clinical Supervisor 1
• LMSW or Mental Health Counselor Limited Permit or Marriage and Family Therapy Limited Permit
• Relevant pre or post Master's experience preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred - Clinical Supervisor 2
• LMSW or Mental Health Counselor Limited Permit or Marriage and Family Therapy Limited Permit
• 2 years relevant pre or post Master's experience required
• Supervisory experience preferred - Clinical Supervisor 3
• LCSW, LMHC, LMFC
• Relevant pre or post Master's experience in supervisory experienced preferred
OR
• LMSW or Mental Health Counselor Limited Permit or Marriage and Family Therapy Limited Permit
• 2 years supervisory experience in any field
• 4 years relevant experience in social services
- Supervisory experience in the field of housing or homeless services
- Strong crisis intervention skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy
- Ability to interface effectively and efficiently with colleagues to ensure quality services and program operations.
- Commitment to utilization of a housing first and person-centered approach in working with clients
- Experience with DHS CARES preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
