Clinical Supervisor - Child And Family Services

Position Details

Provide clinical and strength based supervision and leadership for a team of therapists providing mental health interventions to children and youth in multiple school settings. Responsibilities include supervision and development of clinical staff, ensuring provision of quality care, program development activities including data driven evaluation and change management processes, limited direct service and community coordination and advocacy. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research. Services are provided via telehealth as well as office based / in person and within specific community settings across West Michigan. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization.

Position Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
• State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.)
• Proven clinical experiences with children, youth hand families
• 2+ years post graduate work
• Prior supervisory experience prefered.

• Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and clean driving record
