Austin Health Partners (Southwest Pediatric Associates) is looking for an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our clinical team. They will serve as the supervisor of all clinical aspects of the care center to ensure compassionate, effective and efficient delivery of high-quality clinical care for patients.
Pay range $25 -$32 commensurate with experience.
Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range (or have the minimum apply to them), but rather, the exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate's location, relevant knowledge skills, and qualifications.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for creating and maintaining clinic staff schedule
- Responsible for vaccine inventory management
- Management of all clinic staff to include continuous training, coaching and feedback.
- Acts as CPL Liaison to include billing, coding corrections and other issues
- Management of TVFC Inventory
- Management and maintenance of clinic lab
- Manage logs for CLIA waived labs
- Responsible for incorporating company core values in all staff interactions
- Lead and organize clinical meetings
- Maintain CLIA certification for moderate lab
- Assist with clinical inboxes as needed
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Must Have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical Assistant Certification, LVN License, or RN License
- 3+ years clinical lead/ or supervisor experience
Nice to Have
- 1+ year of people management experience
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Works near others, usually within a few feet. May work in a noisy or distracting environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Certain vaccinations are required of all clinic staff.
COVID-19/ FLU CONSIDERATIONS
If requested by any patient, then staff is required to wear a surgical mask. Patients are strongly encouraged to wear a mask if they are experiencing any acute respiratory symptoms or have a fever. Employees who are not flu-vaccinated will be required to wear a mask in all patient facing areas from September 1 to March 1st unless dates are modified due to clinical factors (unusual epidemic patterns, etc).
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
The core hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but can vary depending on business needs. This position will require occasional weekend and evening hours.
