What you will do:
  • Plan and execute product education programs

  • Provide Orthopedic Instruments sales team with knowledge to clinically differentiate our technologies

  • Support the Orthopedic Instruments sales team in the field with clinical education to HCPs

  • Support the Orthopedic Instruments sales team in the operating room with new clinical technologies

  • Drive product messaging at a ground level with physician engagement opportunities

  • Support cross-divisional education lab opportunities to introduce new clinical technologies

  • Ability to be collaborative across multiple Stryker business units

  • Develop strong relationships with the Orthopedic Instruments sales team in assigned area and demonstrate strong ability to collaborate

  • Ability to become the clinical expert in the Orthopedic Instrument portfolio

  • Develop and execute regional clinical product strategies in partnership with the regional managers

  • Strong clinical and educational communicational skills

  • Build partnership with internal product Brand team to ensure proper and consistent messaging to the sales team


What you need:


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years of work experience required
  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years medical device or Clinical Sales experience preferred


*$95,100- $204,000salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).
