Position Summary:
The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for the daily oversight and management of the candidate experience for some of our most vital roles. These roles include therapists, nurse practitioners, and physicians’ assistants across several outpatient behavioral health clinics. Our ability to deliver excellent patient care and operational success depends directly on the efforts of our Clinical Recruiters. Clinical recruiters are expected to leverage their experience in attracting and selling candidates while effectively utilizing sourcing tools provided to deliver a high volume of hires.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the recruitment, selection, and placement of clinical staff
Sell candidates on our opportunity by leveraging specifics about our organization
Utilize cold calling and cold email outreach in addition to other direct sourcing techniques
Build a pipeline of talent
Advocate and support for candidates throughout their life cycle
Analyze market trends and facilitate recruitment strategies accordingly
Collaborate with hiring managers to proactively identify candidate needs
Become an expert in the competitive landscape of assigned regions
Monitor requisitions and maintain candidate workflows
Review resumes and applications by screening them against job descriptions and qualifications
Conduct screening interviews of qualified candidates and coordinate any subsequent interviews
Extend and coordinate offers
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field
3-5 years of recruitment experience
Knowledge of current federal regulations affecting the employment process
Excellent analytical abilities and strong organizational skills
Strong computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare recruitment experience, preferably behavioral health
Knowledge and strategic leveraging of sourcing platforms
Experience collaborating across departments
Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrates the ability to anticipate stakeholders needs and prioritize their satisfaction
