We are searching for a Clinical Program Coordinator with Mind-Body Intervention experience -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will coordinate all activities related to the Clinical Program. This includes but is not limited to: coordination of all activities related to evaluation and consultation, coordination of Physicians / OR teams for surgical interventions, family communication and education, coordination of multidisciplinary team to assess and care for the patient, care of the inpatients, discharge planning, outpatient follow-up as well as pertinent data management for the program / clinic for research, outcomes and/or reporting purposes.

Responsibilities
Provide education to those in need
Promote education about the program to physician groups as well as in the community as observed by clinic chief or designee
Coordinate all activity necessary for the program/clinic
Assure that all patient care and testing are coordinated with consultants and primary care physicians
Provide follow-up on patients
Coordinate interdisciplinary team conferences to review cases and determine agreed upon plan of care
Act as a liaison between the physicians and other staff
Establish and maintain good working relationships with patient, patient support system, peers, physicians and other hospital departments
Maintain a database of potential patients
Requirements
Graduation from an educational program applicable to the program specialty (the area of applicable license)
3 years' licensed clinical experience required
MBM - CERT (Mind-Body Med Cert), LPA (Licensed Psychological Associate), LMSW, LCSW, LMSW-AP, LBSW, RD, LD, PT, OT, CCC-SLP, TX-SLP, TXAUDLIC, LPC, MT-BC, ATR, or ATR-BC license/certification required
Experience with mind/body interventions, yoga and/or meditation preferred
