The pharmacist works closely with nurses and physicians to assure that patients are receiving quality care that is delivered in a safe and efficient manner. This requires specific knowledge in geriatric and pediatric medications.

Required Qualifications- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License
- upon hire: In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties. Fingerprinting may also be required.
- upon hire: In compliance with the Providence Health and Services-OR Human Resources policyBackground Checks, a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties.
- 1 year Pharmacist associated experience or completion of a PGY-1 residency preferred
