Job Summary: Rxchitect Health Workforce Pool Members (WPM) complete clinical encounters and improve patient care at Participating Pharmacies. The WPM will complete required trainings, review patient profiles, perform outreach, and document encounters on a daily basis. The WPM will not perform any staffing functions while working in the pharmacy. WPMs have the ability to work with Rxchitect Health to create their own schedule and will be paid an hourly rate plus a bonus percentage for work completed.
Job Requirements:
- Active Pharmacist orPharmacy Intern license in good standing in the state of Louisiana
- Workforce Pool Members (WPMs) must carry their own personal liability insurance
- Travel up to 25 miles may be required
Preferred Applicants:
- Previous experience in community pharmacy
- Previous experience providing MTM services
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 40 per week
