Your Role With Us:As a critical access hospital, the West Valley Hospital serves the community in a unique way. This department is expanding to 25 beds by the end of Summer 2023, all of which are utilized for inpatient and outpatient services. Our inpatient population consists of acute care patients requiring admission for up to 96 hours. Our outpatient services include patients requiring overnight observation as well as patients requiring skilled nursing care. You can be a part of this tight-knit group of healthcare professionals that delivers care in a team-focused environment. As a team member, you will contribute to the many staff-led projects that are designed to deliver the highest quality of care at all timesOur Nurses work independently as well as collaboratively, maintaining a positive, professional demeanor while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. You will be constantly challenged to think creatively about how to drive patient care results, stay updated on current trends and practices, and share learnings with team and other health care colleagues.
