Vaccination for COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) is mandatory for all MSK staff. Staff are considered fully vaccinated upon completion of a primary vaccination series for COVID-19 (i.e., one dose of a single dose vaccine or a final dose of a multi-dose vaccine series). Exceptions from the COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) vaccine requirements are permitted for those who request and receive an approved medical, religious, or fully remote exemption. Requests for exemption can take up to two weeks to review. Vaccination or an approved exemption is required to start work.

Clinical Nurse - Vascular Access Team (Nights)

The IV Team is currently looking for a Clinical Nurse, who thrives in IVs and patient care.

You will:
- Deliver nursing care to patients requiring venipuncture and Vascular Access
- Direct phlebotomy staff and give consultation to nursing & medical staff regarding Vascular Access issues
You need:
- BSN Degree Required
- Current NYS RN license/registration
- Minimum of 2 years of recent RN clinical experience including proficiency in IV and venipuncture required.
- Experience with insertion of PICC and ultrasound guided PIVs preferred, but not required
- Acute care experience preferred

Shift: 6PM - 6:30AM with weekend and holiday rotation required
