We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Leader to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in leading and overseeing a team of nurses, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our patients.
Must Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
OR
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a commitment to obtain a BSN within two years of hire.
- Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
- 3 years of recent experience in a similar clinical nursing area.
- Ability to meet all criteria of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nurses, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure the provision of high-quality patient care 24/7, adhering to professional, regulatory, and medical center standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor unit-based quality improvement programs.
- Conduct patient rounds, evaluate care, and advocate for patient needs.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement educational programs.
- Demonstrate clinical competence by assisting with patient care as needed.
- Hear and address staff concerns.
- Uphold ethical and legal standards within the unit.
Bonus Points:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Prior first-line management experience.
