Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Raleigh, NC and other surrounding areas.
- Supervise a team of field nurses.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- 1+ years of Oasis experience required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN.
- Home Health experience required.
- Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
