Clinical Learning & Development Facilitator

Weekly outpatient therapy isn't always enough, and a trip to the ER isn't the only answer. Patients and their families rely on Compass Health Center when in crisis – every day, we help people overcome depression, anxiety, suicidality, obsessions/compulsions, trauma, chronic pain, and other obstacles in order for our patients to live freely.

Compass Health Center is seeking a Clinical Facilitator to join our Learning and Development team and help as we continue building out our Clinical Learning programs. If your hands-on clinical experience has led to your passion for developing others in the field, this job might be for you! To thrive in this position, you’ll be a natural educator with a serious knack for time-management.

Our dedicated operations teams work behind the scenes to bring our shared mission to life. Each department delivers their own set of strengths which empower our clinicians to focus on their expertise, and ultimately perform the meaningful work that we do. This hybrid role will help facilitate learnings and instill Compass Culture across ALL sites, and will require being onsite periodically.

What You'll Do:

• Working closely with the Learning and Development team to continuously improve the learning programs and onboarding experience for employees
• Supporting the planning and facilitation of learning for new employee cohorts including communication, scheduling, and content creation
• Facilitating and leading engaging curriculum and events
• Refining, improving, and developing curriculum to respond to growth and change within the organization
• Assist in the design, coordination, and execution of our expanding Continuing Education Series
• Partnering and communicating with program leaders and staff regarding content expertise, participant involvement, and increasing buy-in
• Gathering and utilizing participant feedback to make continuous improvements to learning programs
• Helping to create and organize learnings within our Learning Management System
• Playing a key role in learning events at all Compass locations including launching sites

Who You Are:

• Masters Level Clinician
• Experience with training and onboarding new employees
• Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other empirically supported treatments
• Excellent time management skills and a self-starter mindset
• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to quickly adapt to learner needs
• Ability to execute multiple demands simultaneously in a fast paced and changing environment
