Who You Are:
As a Clinical Informatics Nurse Specialist for Catholic Medical Center, you are a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or APRN committed to leveraging technology in healthcare. Your passion lies in merging clinical expertise with cutting-edge systems at Catholic Medical Center, driving positive patient outcomes through innovation.
This is a full-time, benefitted position. The hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
What You'll Do:
- Assess, implement, and support clinical information systems, ensuring seamless integration within the unique framework of Catholic Medical Center.
- Collaborate closely with clinicians, nurses, and administrative staff to design and enhance clinical workflows, fostering efficiency and elevating patient care standards.
- Spearhead training initiatives, review curriculum, and champion the optimal utilization of systems across various departments within the healthcare setting.
- Play an active role in testing, process improvement, and identifying opportunities for technological advancements specific to Catholic Medical Center.
What You'll Bring:
- 5 years' extensive experience in Clinical Informatics
- Certification in Health Informatics is highly preferred
- BSN is highly preferred, or RN with Bachelor's degree in related field
- Current registration in the State of NH as a Registered Nurse or Advance Practice Provider.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, coupled with an innate ability to grasp and apply technical concepts effectively in a healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
