The Department of Prosthodontics of NYU College of Dentistry is seeking qualified applicants for a full time clinical track Faculty Position. The successful applicant will join a department committed to the highest quality educational programs and a broad spectrum of patient care.
The mission of the Department of Prosthodontics and its faculty is to educate dental or graduate students to be skilled and competent in the discipline or specialty of Prosthodontics. Through didactic and clinical teaching, students receive required knowledge and skills to fulfill the fundamental prosthodontic needs of patients. Department teaching will focus on foundation knowledge, teach the latest techniques and evaluate clinical competency to provide quality prosthodontic care for patients. In addition to the prosthodontic needs of the patient, students will be able to understand comprehensive care of their patient to achieve optimal oral health, esthetics and function.

Qualifications
Candidates must possess a DDS, DMD, or an equivalent degree as well as an advanced training in Prosthodontics. The candidate must have or be eligible for New York State Dental License. Previous teaching experience is highly desirable.

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $160,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
