Job Description:
- Monthly reviewing of SLT report and assessment of dental HEDIS measures. Dedicated outreach to members with care gaps. Aid members experiencing SDoH to connect with providers/locations. Monthly review and education for members with ED visits for dental pain. Attend DAC and DTF meetings.
Job Title: Utilization Management Reviewer - Dental - Required Skills/Experience: Preferred Skills/ Experience: 1. Minimum two years in clinical dental practice 1. 5 years in clinical practice, including FQHC, or RHC 2. Strong communication/ listening skills; problem solver 2. Proficient in Spanish 3. Data analysis 3. Motivational interviewing Education Requirement: High School diploma Education Preferred: Dental hygiene degree/certificate Software Skills Required: Word, Excel Required Certifications: Indiana dental hygiene license or DANB, Indiana driver's license Required Testing: NO
