Northwest Kidney Centers is hiring for a Clinical Educator, which will be full-time, benefit eligible with a hybrid component.
Purpose
The Clinical Educator is responsible to the Manager of Education Services and would assist with design and develop solutions and curriculum for a variety of audiences that can include different modalities; everything from eLearning modules, multi-day structured learning events for virtual and in-person audiences, blended designs, to media-based learning such as gamification, interactive multimedia, video micro-learning, peer-to-peer learning, scenario-based learning, and content curation.
This position would assist in the development of a preceptor program, nursing residency programs and other various training programs.
Shift: Full-time, day shift, Mon-Fri.
Required qualifications
· Active RN license
· Bachelor’s degree in nursing
· 2+ years’ experience in clinical education and/or being a clinical preceptor
