Position Summary:
The Clinical Education Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting the development of the strategic Clinical Education and leading tactical plans in support of Clinical Education for Atrium Professional Brands. Reporting to the Clinical Affairs Manager, this role will be responsible for defining and delivering Clinical Education in collaboration with various functional leaders to ensure alignment and proper resourcing for execution. This person will develop productive relationships with cross functional stakeholders such as marketing, sales, and ebusiness to fully understand their needs, and then develop Clinical Educational initiatives to deliver against those customer needs.
Responsibilities:

  • Develops the Clinical Education programs in alignment with and in support of the US commercial and business strategies. Gains alignment and communicates the Clinical Education plan with key stakeholders
  • Partners to create a vision of Clinical Education and content that meets the curiosity and areas of interest for a health care practitioner customers.
  • Crafts and delivers video, written, and verbal Clinical Education presentations (webinars, tutorials, YouTube videos, etc.) that provide product and scientific education for external audiences
  • Develops compelling Clinical Education programs and content to support business objectives Works with Regulatory and legal to ensure that Clinical Educational materials are accurate and compliant
  • Act as a liaison to clinicians, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and professional organizations by providing accurate and relevant clinical, scientific, and educational information
  • Identifies and communicates key HCP segment insights to appropriate departments to help shape business, product development, and commercial strategies
  • Executes all education tasks associated with conferences, national, or regional tradeshows Manages program faculty, agenda, and content development
  • Collects and analyzes program data to evaluate program effectiveness and process improvement
  • Supports the international Clinical Educational needs as appropriate
  • Raises the level of engagement of our KOLs, priority professional societies, organizations, groups

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong clinical background including experience working with patients
  • Background in vitamin, minerals, and supplements
  • Strong passion for integrative medicine segment and education
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience , with 2 years working with the patient population
  • Experience creating Clinical Education content based upon knowledge of products & scientific research for the dietary supplement and/or functional food industries

Skills:
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established time-lines
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority

The approximate pay range for this position is $80,000- $100,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
