Clinical Education Implementation Consultant - Oncology

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for an excellent Oncology Nurse Education Consultant to join our team.

Job Description:

Eitan Medical Medication Delivery Solutions partners with healthcare providers to provide durable ambulatory infusion pumps that deliver IV medications throughout all stages of patient care . We are looking for a part-time 1099 position where hours will flex depending on the week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to hospital staff, clinicians, and sales distributors to support infusion pump implementations
• Provide remote consultations via webinar, phone, and email to customers and clinicians on proper infusion pump use
• Assess customer-specific education needs and collaborate with staff to deliver a positive educational experience
• Utilize clinical nursing expertise on IV infusions to answer questions and address concerns with the medical device

Requirements:

• RN license required
• Experience with inpatient and/or outpatient oncology involving the delivery of IV medications.
• Other specialty areas that would be helpful include pain management (epidural, IV PCA) and/or critical care.
• Preferred if residence is near major international airport within the continental US, particularly on the West coast.
• Willingness and ability to travel 25-75% within continental US
• Infusion pump education experience desired, but not required.
• Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) preferred, but is not required
• Intermediate computer skills required (must be comfortable with basic software programs)
• Must be competent in conducting webinars with video cameras.
• Ability to work in a group setting and exhibit strong professional acumen
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong organizational skills required to ensure appropriate reporting is maintained
