Job Description
We are a 6-bed upscale mental health residential treatment program in West L.A. close to UCLA. We are looking for a California-licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD) to be our clinical director and primary therapist. Need to have been licensed for at least 2 years and have previous experience as a clinical director. Residential mental health or SUD experience is appreciated.
Job duties are:
1. facilitate group and individual therapy sessions M-F approximately 3-4 hours.
2. One-to-one therapy with clients
3. Clinical director of the program. You will supervise any interns/associates (i.e. AMFT, ACSW, etc.) and create a robust clinical schedule. You will audit charts for quality. The goal is to create an excellent therapeutic program
Typical diagnoses is depression, anxiety, BPD, delusional disorders, and bipolar disorder. We do not admit anyone as violent or actively psychotic.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
