Job Description
- Oversee clinical admission, including admission assessment and preliminary treatment planning.
- Intervene, clinically with clients in situations such as: crisis intervention and special needs.
- Oversee the timely completion of psychosocial assessments, clinical admission notes, and master treatment plans for new admissions.
- Provide group therapy and counseling services
- Coordinate the family therapy program.
- Facilitate third-party reimbursement and billing.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to direct reports.
- Facilitate weekly treatment planning, group clinical supervision, and counselor/program staff meeting.
- Review client records for quality of treatment documentation and planning.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with State licensing and regulatory standards.
- Provide and facilitate quality assessment and staff development for direct reports.
- Participate in quality assurance and utilization review.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coach and provide feedback to employees.
- Monitor adherence to company and department policies, procedures, and practices.
- Promote and adhere to the workplace values of integrity, respect, trust, teamwork, quality, and excellence.
- Coverage for weekend on call as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
- Approval to supervise
- Master's degree
- An Independent clinical license (LPC, LICSW/or LCSW, or Psychologist) required
- Extensive knowledge of SUD Certification in Addiction Counseling strongly preferred
- Certification in Addiction Counseling (ADC/AADC) strongly preferred
- Knowledge of management principles, clinical systems and operations and supervision, billing and collections, quality assurance, and regulatory/accreditation agency requirements.
- Must have or, within 30 days from hire, be able to obtain current First Aid and CPR card.
