Clinical Data Coordinator

Clinical Data Coordinator:

Portage Path is a well-established Community Behavioral Health agency located in the heart of Downtown Akron. We have over 50 years of experience providing innovative, quality mental health services while consistently utilizing cutting-edge programs and evidence-based practice with an eye on market changes.

Specific skills and responsibilities include:
- Knowledge of the field of mental health, current therapeutic interventions and of Quality Assurance and Improvement and Risk Management principles.
- Ability to plan and implement workflows for data collection, data entry and data analysis.
- Ability to report services delivered and data outcomes with the Federal database, SPARS.
- Training and leadership skills to train staff on data collection systems.
- Work in partnership with the Program Director and Program Evaluator to ensure compliance with the data entry.
- Strong oral and written communication
- Acute attention to detail and the ability to enter and process large amounts of data with minimal errors.

- Research and data analysis skills and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (behavioral health, statistics or related field), required.
-At least two (2) years of experience in data collection and data entry, preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze and interpret data
- Familiarity with statistical software for data organization and analysis

As a Data Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and organizing data related to CCBHC and compliance standards. Your attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminology, and ability to perform simple vitals collection procedures will contribute to the success of our CCBHC grant and clinical team. Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
