Clinical Concierge - Urgent Care - Full Time, Days

With centers open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 365 days a year, little or no wait times and ability for most patients to leave with medication in hand, our goal is to offer an easy, convenient and affordable option for the care our patients need.   We're looking for a Medical Assistants or Licensed Vocational Nurses who has a deep commitment to quality and compassionate care to join our Urgent Care team.   We are currently hiring for our Fort Worth, Plano, Lewisville, McKinney, Allen, Melissa, Weatherford, and other North Dallas locations    What you'll do:

• Be our "Clinical Concierge" providing outstanding customer service as you guide our patients and visitors through their entire experience in the Urgent Care Clinic
• Be a vital member of the care team assisting with clinical functions including front and back office duties and working closely with the provider and other clinical team members
• This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.

  Hours / Schedule:

• Full Time / 12-hour shifts / 36 hours per week

What you'll need / What we require:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required 
• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program or successful completion of a Vocational Nurse program is required
• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program
• Previous customer service and/or retail experience is a plus
• Health care facility clinical experience and previous experience as a Medical Assistant or LVN, including previous experience with an electronic health record and phlebotomy is preferred
• BCLS (through AHA or American Red Cross) is required upon hire and must be maintained every 2 years
• LVN (if candidate is an LVN) is required
