Benefit Eligible 0.9 FTE available for a CMA/LPN within our Pain Management team.This role does include shifts at our Frederic and Webster locations as well as at our main campus in St. Croix Falls.
Our Pain Management team is made up of two providers, 2 Clinical Assistants and a patient access staff member.
As a Clinical Assistant in our Pain Management department, you will assist with chart preparation, welcoming patients to their appointment, and work with our providers and insurance companies to create a care plan that is compassionate as well as affordable.
Successful candidate will receive 4-6 weeks of training with the pain team to ensure you are confident and successful in this role. During your training you will have opportunities to develop relationships with other departments, such as patient access, lab and the surgical services team, who provide support to the clinic team.
Previous experience with Pain Management preferred, but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Requirements
Education & Licensure:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program - OR -
- Current LPN licensure in the State of Wisconsin and Minnesota
Current CPR certification required within 6 months of hire and maintained while employed
Experience:
Prior clinic experience preferred
Additional Information:
Work schedules may vary depending on the provider schedule and may start before 8:00am and end after 5:00pm
Weekend rotation may be required
Primary work location will be St Croix Falls, WI but working at any of our clinic locations (Webster, Frederic, Balsam Lake and Lindstrom MN) may be required
