Clinical Assistants support students’ therapeutic work in the program and community by providing a high level of supervision, developing consistent and caring relationships, attending to physical and emotional safety, and serving as positive role models. Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision that supports the physical and emotional safety of students Collaborate in planning and facilitating structured, on-campus activities that engage students and offer opportunities for growth and the development of new skills Collaborate with the Clinical team to plan and facilitate daily process, skills and psychoeducational groups. Work alongside the Medical Department to attend to the physical health of students, including the daily monitoring of vital signs. Document daily student progress and challenges faced via established HIPAA compliant platforms Facilitate and supervise off-campus trips, when appropriate Support healthy life choices and decision making with students in the milieu Role model and support students with managing personal responsibilities and chores Utilize strength-based approaches and an authoritative parenting style to support overall individual student growth Participate in all team meetings and trainings Reporting any pertinent information to manager/supervisor and clinical staff Support and promote a culture of inclusion and respect among students and fellow staff in our community.

Estimated Schedule/Hours:
Front Half (39.5 hours)
- Sun 9AM-10PM
- Mon 3:30PM-10PM
- Tues 3:30PM-10PM
- Wed 1PM-10PM
- Thurs 12:30PM-4PM
Back Half (38 hours)
- Wed 1PM-10PM
- Thurs 12:30PM-10PM
- Fri 3:30PM-10PM
- Sat 9AM-10PM
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Requirements: B.A. or B.S. in related field preferred but not required; prior experience working with adolescents and young adults preferred; background check; Minimum age of 21.
