Job Summary:
The Application Analyst I is responsible for providing support and troubleshooting for end users and customers for various applications. They are responsible for documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner. The Application Analyst will design, develop, manage, test, train, implement and support information systems and various applications.
Education:
Bachelors in Information Technology required
Additional Education Requirements:
4 year degree or equivalent experience
Additional Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Required
PC literate to include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook - Preferred
• Clinical experience or understanding of medical terminology preferred
