Form of workJob Description: Lead the formulation, development, and optimization of new programs, designs, and prototypes. •Participate in research formulating and writing with other staff. •Assess new technologies and future applications of technologies. •Propose, plan, and manage research projects, report preparation, and presentation of findings. •Experiences with coatings in plastic substrates are preferred. •Experiences with various coating property / measurement / trouble shooting are desired. •Experiences with various PUD (polyurethane dispersion) chemistry are preferred. •Stay up to date on developments within their field through methods such as reading academic journals, attending training programs.
Education:
Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, 5+ years of experiences; or Master degree, with 2+ years of experiences.
