Job Description
TheClinic Supervisor is under the direction of the Clinic Practice Manager, provides leadership and guidance to clinic nurses. Oversees the performance of LPNs an MA's and ensures best practices are observed. Refocuses team members as necessary to ensure professionalism is consistently observed. Demonstrates excellent customer service and coaches that behavior in clinic nurses.
Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership and guidance to clinic nurses. Acts as a role model in department.
• Addresses training gaps as needed. Provides for the training and integration of new nurses.
• Implements process change as requested by Manager or Solutions Administration.
• Effectively manages crisis, demonstrates critical thinking skills. Proactively works to resolve issues and problem solve effectively and efficiently with a level of authority
• Assures documentation and management of information to record care processes and outcomes.
• Acts as a consultant to the staff regarding written requirements by demonstrating a thorough understanding of documentation. Initiates and willingly works with other to create and/or revise documentation forms.
• Participation and coordination of care to facilitate positive patient outcomes.
• Consistently demonstrates positive rapport with physician, staff, and ancillary team members.
• Can function as a team member in other assigned areas.
• Acts as an exceptional patient advocate using proactive approach.
• Apply DRH Standards of Behavior and exhibit behaviors consistent with DRH core values.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, 80 Hrs PP

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: One year of supervisory experience in a clinic setting preferred
Education and/or Experience: Completion licensed practical nursing program
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Current LPN license in the State of Oklahoma.American Heart Association BLS required; may have up to 30 days from date of hire to earn BLS.ACLS and PALS within one year of hire.
