Position Highlights:
Job Summary
Responsible for contributing a continuous effort to coordinate the nursing department, activities, and work production. Also responsible for coordinating a level of communication between nursing staff, physicians, and all other clinic departments to create a positive outcome for clinic employees and patients.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of MN and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.
Work Schedule
- Ability to work various shifts as scheduled.
