Clinic Manager

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Clinic Manager for the Ash Grove Family Medical Center in Ash Grove, Missouri.
The medical staff at the Ash Grove Family Medical Center provide complete family care, well-baby exams, well-woman exams, Medicare wellness visits, immunizations, and behavioral health and same-day appointments for all ages.
A typical day will include:

• Managing the activities of the clinic with 5 providers present
• Supporting compliance of policies and procedures
• Finding resolutions to patient concerns/grievances
• Generating/reviewing management reports
• Monitoring staffing levels
• Other duties as appropriate

This position requires an RN, LPN, or MA license. Consideration will be given to candidates without a license who have prior healthcare experience and who are willing to learn clinical duties to support clinic operations as needed. The ideal candidate will enjoy working as a member of a team and must be willing to work closely with the Director of Clinics, physicians, and other clinic staff members.
This position is full-time, days.
